  • School Performance Made Better Through EFT

    When your kids reach their school age, they start to become more active than before. They are now exposed to different external elements since they are no longer stagnant under the roof of their home. Those external elements are meant to be explored by these innocent young hands and minds. Through their exposure, children will be able to get acquainted to what the world is all about. As they get introduced to the outside world, learning and development begin to bloom.

    Reality check, parents cannot avoid the threats in their children's path. The best thing they can do is to guide and discipline them as their words can go with their kids wherever they go. Since it is school age, most parents are concern on how well their kids do well in school.

    Handling kids is not easy. Their behavior varies and their hyperactivity sometimes dries out the teacher's or the parent's mood. Worse is when your kids become exposed to potential threats that could negatively affect his behavior, resulting to a poor school performance.

    Child Psychologist or therapist or even a simple teacher can help you as a parent to understand and monitor your children's school performance. But there is another option where you yourself can handle this situation. Through the Emotional Freedom Technique or EFT, parents can learn this without hassle and apply this to their children through EFT for performance.

    Emotional Freedom Technique is also known as the acupuncture without needle. It can be done through tapping certain body parts to achieve its relieving result. EFT does not only relieve your stress and other disturbances mentally and emotionally, but it likewise provides freedom from your body aches, phobias, or even negative perception in life. In your case, EFT also boosts school performance as well.

    EFT for performance is for but not limited to child or teenage school performance. The procedure to achieve the desired result in a school performance can be simple, fast, and easy. Not only the teachers or child psychologist but even a parent like you can use this. EFT for performance has been proven that it helps a child do better in school, as what most parents would wish for.

    Using EFT for performance on kids will not cause a parent or a teacher a hard time. It said that EFT for kids offers an enjoyable moment and those kids react positively on EFT. This technique drives the children to keep on going, exploring and learning. This technique's approach or treatment to a child varies, depending on the child's case, as to not spoil his or her interest and attention span.

    Parents are likewise encouraged to experience EFT. In this way, they will be able to put themselves into their children's shoe and understand the nature of the children's behavior. EFT for performance' effectiveness can be increased with proper and healthy lifestyle for your kids. Experts may suggest the right food to eat or some appropriate daily means with accordance to your children's needs.

    Cause and Effect

    "Every cause has an effect and every effect has a cause. By law. Because of this universal law, all things are predictable to God, but he doesn't have to force the consequences of our actions. They are spontaneous and natural.

    The good news about this is to KNOW with certainty that if you do good to others, good WILL return to you, by law. It doesn't necessarily return to you from the same place you put it out. If you are kind to a disagreeable person, you will receive kindness... but don't expect it to come from THAT person. You will not lose your reward, but let God return it to you from wherever he wants.

    The more good you put out, the more will return to you. Spread happiness, and you will be happy.Don't make a big deal over what you do... the more you do in secret the better, in fact. If you make a display of your goodness, than your reward is the ooohs and aaaahs you get from the people who saw it. Wouldn't you rather have a better, more significant reward? Matthew 6:4 says, "That thine alms may be in secret: and thy Father which seeth in secret himself shall reward thee openly."

    This works with kindness, but it also works with money. Share the monetary blessings he has given you, and he will bring you more... under the one condition that you fear not. Push fear aside each time it tries to take root. Pluck it out!

    Five Short Chapters on Change

    Chapter 1: You walk down a street and there's a deep hole in the sidewalk. You fall in. It takes forever to get out. You think, it's not my fault.

    Chapter 2: You walk down the same street. You fall in the hole again. It still takes a long time to get out. You still think, it's not my fault.

    Chapter 3: You walk down the same street. You fall in the hole again. It's becoming a habit. It is my fault. You get out immediately.

    Chapter 4: You walk down the same street and see the deep hole in the sidewalk. You decide to walk around it.

    Chapter 5: You choose to walk down a different street.

    The Power of Example
    It is a liberating turning point in one’s life (whether it happens gradually or in a single moment of inspiration) when the realization comes that you can never change another person. The only thing you could really ever successfully do to help pave the way for another to have an internal change is with your own pure and unconditional love for that individual. It is easy to try to manipulate, force, or coerce others to change, but it simply doesn’t work long-term. You might be able to get others to do what you say out of obligation or fear, but you haven’t truly changed them—all you’ve really done is damaged your relationship with that person.
    Marilyn Ferguson once observed, “ No one can persuade another to change. Each of us guards a gate of change that can only be opened from the inside. We cannot open the gate of another, either by argument or by emotional appeal.”


    However, when an individual feels that they are sincerely and unconditionally loved by another, whether it is by a parent, friend or significant other, they will be always be more drawn to example of that person than to their words alone. Therefore the best way to help someone choose to change is to A) love them B) be the kind of person you would want them to become. That’s all you can do, and to know this is to free yourself from the fool’s errand of trying to control others.

    Letting Go Of Negative Emotions After They Have Been Released

    It’s been scientifically proven that the Universe doesn’t like a vacuum. If we don’t fill the void that is left there after the negative emotions have been released, we take the chance of it subconsciously getting filled with more things we don’t want. So it just makes sense to consciously replace those lower vibrations with higher vibrations. That means, we choose to no longer think the negative thoughts, and instead focus on good, positive affirmations.

    Writing your own positive affirmations is really quite simple. By thinking of what it is you want to change in your life, and how it would look in your “ideal” world, you already have the basis of a great affirmation. I always ask clients, “How do you wish it was?”, “How would you like it to be?” By answering those questions you get statements that can easily be tweaked into the perfect affirmations for you.



    Here’s how to begin: Notice your speech patterns and change them when necessary. Do you ever say things like, "I'm not good enough", "I can't afford it", "I'm so fat," "There are no good men/women out there for me", etc. All of these are examples of very limited thinking. When you hear that negative self-talk creeping into your thoughts, acknowledge it briefly, and then let it go by replacing it with new positive affirmation.


    Examples:

    *I am always good enough

    *Money flows to me

    *I am worthy and deserving of a great life

    *I always have enough money to pay my bills and much more

    *I love my healthy, fit body

    *I am worthy of and attract a healthy relationship.


    Always state them in the present tense, I like to begin with "I AM". Even if you are 30 lbs. overweight and your conscious mind isn't quite buying it, the sub-conscious mind, which sees in pictures, will take it without questioning and your behaviors always align themselves with that sub-conscious belief. If you catch yourself reverting back to any negative thought habits ask yourself "If I could have anything I want in this situation, what would that look like?" Feel it, smell it, taste it, touch it. The more senses you engage, the easier it becomes to manifest that into a reality. And the more vigilant you are about immediately kicking out those negative thoughts and replacing them with positive affirmations, the easier it becomes to make that your new mode of operation. It will become easier and easier to send away the self-doubt as soon as it shows up, instead of letting it stay for awhile and allowing it to discourage you.

    With patience and practice this becomes a habit, and that is how you re-weave your thought patterns into a beautiful, new tapestry!

    Are You Right Or Left Brain Dominant?

    Is one side or the other side of your brain dominant? Probably. Since more than likely you have not been taught to keep both sides active, one will almost always take dominance. Here is a great way for you to find out....

    Face the corner of a room. Hold your arm straight out in front of you with the thumb pointing up. Placing your thumb directly in the corner of the room. Then close each eye, one at a time. Find out which eye when closed, allows the thumb to stay centered in the corner.

    Are you right or left brain dominant? In most cases, if your thumb stayed centered with your right eye open, then your left brain was dominant and if your left eye was open then your right brain was dominant.

    Eye Patching Instructions

    HOW TO PATCH

    1. Place the eye patch over one eye (either eye will do.) Adjust it to fit
    comfortably

    2. Place the patch over one eye 10-20 minutes or until you feel uncomfortable

    3. Place the patch over the other eye for 10-20 minutes or until you you feel uncomfortable

    4. Practice patching one eye, then the other, until you are comfortable wearing the patch on each eye for about 20 minutes each

    5. Patch the eyes at least twice per day-morning and evening

    WHAT YOU MIGHT EXPERIENCE AFTER EYE PATCHING

    -Some physical discomfort-nausea, headache
    -Physical cleansing-diarrhea, nausea, sweating, cold symptoms
    -Clarity of thought
    -Lessening of mental chatter after a period of increased mental chatter
    -Lessening of overall stress after a period of increased stress

    ACTIVITIES TO DO WHILE EYE PATCHING

    1-Reading-practice reading with one eye patched, then the other, for a few weeks to improve speed and comprehension

    2-During a conflict with a family member-for greater positive results both participants patch (usually the right eye)

    3-Just prior to any test or examination-during preparation time (to assist in comprehension and retention of material)

    4-Listen to Classical music-Handel, Beethoven, Mozart etc-enhances the patching affect (keep eyes open while listening)

    5-While listening to verbal instructions or during a presentation-patch the eye that clarifies the material for you
